FEEDBACK FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS

Christine’s Meditation Workshop was nothing short of amazing! I gained so much insight personally and from an instructor’s point of view. Would definitely recommend to everyone.—Lauren McAllister

Christine’s Meditation Workshop was great. She helped take the mystery out of meditation with practical information.
—Ginny Martin

Christine’s Meditation Workshop was full of history and techniques. Her workshops are always excellent. She is able to provide history while bringing personal experience to enable you to identify with each part of the yoga experience. She always provides more than you would hope for.
—Vicky Ellis

I really enjoy learning from Christine! She is a beautiful spirit who enjoys teaching and is easy to learn from. She gives wonderful information and explanations. She makes time to not only teach but she also makes sure that during the course, you can practice the different practices with her. Since taking her meditation course, I’ve found myself wanting to meditate every day! Christine gave me the tools and the confidence to dedicate myself to my own personal practice. She gives you opportunities to ask questions and is always willing to help even after the class has ended. I would suggest if you’re interested in meditation, you should take Christine’s class.
—Socorro Cruz

This workshop has a lot to offer whether you are new to meditation or already have an active practice. With a review on history, a discussion on techniques and a sprinkling of storytelling, Christine makes every minute of your time worth it! I also enjoyed hearing from her guest, Ajahn Piya!
—Kim Thompson

Christine’s Meditation Workshop is very informative and well presented. Our group even got to interface with Ajhan Piya, a Buddhist monk from Thailand. Christine is clearly very well versed in the subject matter and I highly recommend for anyone interested in meditation to enroll in her workshop.

I recently took Christine Griggs’ Meditation Workshop in the comfort of my own home. Through Zoom. Not only did I receive CEUs, but I was led through Christine’s positive and grounding guidance going over the many benefits, the history and different techniques of meditation. Christine is a very knowledgeable instructor as well as so kind and caring. Towards the end of the workshop, Christine provided a special guest, Ajhan Piya from Thailand, to lead us in a practice. It felt so special!
—Nancy Geary

Wow, this meditation class, stillness.
It was not only chalked full of knowledge and wisdom from Christine’s many travels and experiences; but also a gentle connection of unity among all who participated.  Just what our world needs to experience at this point in our evolution…..unity in presence.  And so it is!
—Rachael Paulena

I absolutely loved the sensory meditation. I’ve thought about things I enjoy before. But not in the same way. Even when I thought I was truly trying to feel them. This time, I found my breath was deeper and slower! It was as if a channel to my breathing was expanded or unblocked and I could feel my breath go deeper. In turn I felt calmer and breathed slower. And most of all, which is a problem I sometimes experience when meditating…the flow of my breath held its constant rhythm! Sometimes when focusing on the breath I guess too hard, my rhythm isn’t natural and consistent and I have to take a deep breath to “reset” my breath. Like “monkey breath” lol. This is big for me and I’m so glad I have a way to be the “Queen of my breath”. Each sensory subject I experienced, I felt so present within to the point where I engaged all of my senses for each subject: tasting the brownie or sweet potato pie my mom makes became - touching and feeling it in my hand and mouth, smelling it’s depth and decadence, hearing the sound of biting into it etc. With the sensory of touch, I felt the warmth of my mom’s hug - her smell, my face buried against her sweater, her arms around me, feeling safe and loved. It’s beautiful. And I found I was smiling. This is a gift and I thank you for sharing this.
