Meditation has changed my life and sharing its joys and benefits through my classes and writing has become my mission.
As a yoga teacher and practitioner, I’ve come to value meditation and mindfulness as the most important part of my practice, teachings and life. When Covid-19 startled us into a new reality, it was clear to me that my offerings would focus on sharing the gift of meditation on many platforms.
