Chair Yoga is one of the fastest growing types of yoga, and this training is very popular. I teach it at least once a year. It warms my heart to know that participants will take what they learn and spread it in their community, making yoga available to everyone.
I’m excited to announce it is now available as an Online course, that you can take at your own pace.
In this informative 6-hour Training, you will learn how, while seated in a chair -or using it for support- students can do versions of yoga poses, improving flexibility, strength and balance while encouraging proper breathing, reduction of stress and a sense of well-being.
This Training consists of a complete Chair Yoga class, followed by a detailed explanation of the Chair sequence and different poses, plus an opportunity to practice with each other.
We also learn the different ways to practice Yin yoga poses in the Chair.
It is recommended for yoga and fitness instructors who want to learn the skills to provide all their students with a complete yoga experience, as well as practitioners who would like to learn their own Chair routine to enhance the quality of their practice and everyday life.
