In those uncertain times, we need more than ever to be grounded in the part of us that is peaceful and unchanging.
Meditation is the way to access that calm.
This 7-week course will guide you through the history, benefits and different techniques of meditation.
The lessons will be interspersed with practice.
The rhythm of the weekly classes is based on the chakras and each week will have a different focus of practice, home study and reflection.
After completion, you will receive a certification and 7 CEUs.
